Souls Harbour Rescue Mission is an inner city Mission located in Regina, Saskatchewan. Most people think of us as a soup kitchen, but we’re so much more than just that! Hope may begin with a meal, but as you browse our website,  we are confident that you’ll see the vast array of services that we offer society’s most vulnerable; including emergency shelter, free clothing, a daycare, youth programming, addictions programming for women, and affordable housing. Our guests come to us in need from not just here in Regina, but from all parts of the province, and even beyond our provincial borders from neighbouring provinces such as Alberta and Manitoba.

We believe in the human dignity and value of every member of society, and as a Mission, it’s our ‘mission’ to try and meet each of our guests right where they’re at, when they come walking through our doors with the hope that we’ll be able to help them in their hour of need.

We are a not for profit faith based ministry that receives little governmental funding, be it municipal, provincial, or federal. It is primarily through the support of our 10,000 plus donor base which includes numerous individuals, the church community, a variety of small businesses, and a handful of larger corporations, that we are able to provide our services to those who need them. It is through the faithfulness of the people of Saskatchewan, that we’re able to show the love of God to those who need it!
